Provide HR support to Southeast Asia countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.  
1.  Plan and execute key HR programmes: Succession Planning and Talent Management.
2.  Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processes for all hires in the Southeast Asia region.  
3.  Provide Strategic  manpower planning AND recruitment strategies to Business leders
4.  Manage recruitment budget for the region.  
5.  Execute competency-based selection process
6. Salary proposals of new hires
7.  Conduct exit interviews
8.  Draft and put up announcements for New Staff and Staff Transfers.  
9.  Preparing employment contract  
10.Salary and Benefits Review for the Southeast Region.  
11. Responsible for verifying Singapore payroll.  
12. salary benchmarking and compensation surveys.  
13. Annual Salary of 60-70K pa (including bonus)
