HR Responsibilities

Full spectrum of HR & Administration
Liaise with recruitment agencies for perm/temp/part-time staff
Prepare Letters of appointments/confirmations
Conduct orientation program
Maintenance of staffs’ personal files
Maintenance of staffs’ leave and medical records
Process medical/dental claims
Source and register training courses for staff
Monitor staff service awards/confirmations/resignations
Prepare staff birthday gift vouchers
Update of Employee Handbook
Administer insurance matters such as H&S, GPA, Workmen Compensation, etc

 

Administrative Duties

Provide secretarial support to MD
Handle office admin such as stationery/refreshment requisitions
Administer office security including issuance of door access cards, keys etc
Handle office travel requirements

 

Requirements
Min diploma or higher with at least 5 years of relevant experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Matured and pleasant personality
Able to work independently
Candidate with payroll experience will be an added advantage
 
Salary up to $3.5K depending on experience
