1. To take care of the Change Control Review Board (CCRB) for Clients
      2. Generate Change Reports, Coordinator change request, follow Change  Management process and procedure, Prepare Change Control Review  Board's  Agenda, Minutes and chair the CCRB Meeting.
      3. Attend Daily Service Review, to prepare/update change ticket  daily.
      4. Upload and maintains the Change Status/Details in GCARS and Remedy tools in proper order.  Making sure that the Prodline and Lead follow
      the procedure in GCARS systems.
      5. Act as a backup with other accounts' change coordinator during  their absence.
      6. Administers GCARS tool for all account and upload backend database eg. Keywords, users access, user admin rights etc...
      7. Provide end users support and enquiries.

      Job Requirements
      1. Must have initiative, good working attitude, responsible and confident
      2. At least a Diploma Holder.
      3. Knowledge of IT environment and Remedy Tool will be added  advantage.
      5. Able to start work before 23 April/ asap.
