JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

   ·  To work closely with Project Management Office in the setup,    implementation and installation of equipment and cabling work
   ·  To provide 1st level interfacing to vendors and ensuring vendors  perform their jobs professionally in the client’s premise
   ·  To ensure compliance to Account Operations Manuals in procedures and  practices
   ·  Provide on-site user network support to resolve routine 1st and 2nd level trouble-shooting and problem analysis in LAN, WAN, data
   connectivity, PBX. Voice/PBX
   ·  Responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level site support for the physical network components for problem identification, fault isolation
   and problem rectification or appropriate escalation to support groups.
   ·  Responsible for routine Install, Move, Add and Changes of phone and voicemail. Data Connectivity
   ·  Responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level on-site support for client physical network components. Tasks includes problem
   identification, fault isolation and problem rectification or appropriate  escalation to support group located in Enterprise Management Center
   ·  To maintain and provide on-site network configuration and documentation. PC/LAN
   ·  To provide user and site support for data communication access including NT domain, DHCP, IP addressing
   ·  To provide appropriate level of training to user community in the setup of desktop/laptop related to data communication and modem usage.
   ·  To provide user and site support for PC, LAN and printer hardware configuration and cabling setup, problem identification and resolution.
   To escalate to appropriate support group located in the Enterprise Management Center, located in Singapore
   ·  To capture the asset inventory for network equipment and network software licenses
   ·  To ensure consistency in PC and laptop configuration for each user and site


   JOB REQUIREMENTS
   ·  At least 3 years hands on experience on day to day voice PBX  (preferably Avaya) operations and network administrator role
   ·  CCNA will be an advantage
   ·  Diploma or Degree related to the computer science or information Technology
   ·  Be prepared to work during off-office hours
   ·  Be proactive in account administration and security response
   ·  A team player.
   ·  Able to coordinate regionally and has good organization skillset.
   ·  Good verbal and written communication skill
