Reporting to the Operation Manager, this position serves as the key technical point of contact for internal and external group. The TSE works in an operational role to assist in the on-going and new deals by performing post sales support. The ideal candidate should have a good technical background for professional imaging solution and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive support to current and prospective customers
  • Communicate with customers assisting and guiding through the incident and problem process
  • Act as the customer advocate and liaison for Service management Align our Customer requirement to provide a comprehensive solution that satisfies the customer’s business needs
 
Requirements:
  • Diploma in IT or related disciplines /NITEC in Info-Communications Technology
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences
  • Ability to multitask and excel in challenging environment
  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Working Knowledge and experience with Imaging hardware and Software is desirable
  • Experience in object-oriented programming on Windows platform using MS Visual Studio and MS Visual Basic
  • Experience in networking and Windows environment
  • Candidates with project management skills is a plus
