Part of regional systems support team supporting external customers (professional users)
 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the administration and operation of ALL citrix/wintel based servers related to product, application and databases system.
  • Resolve problem tickets generated.
  • Implement service requests as generated e.g. O/S upgrade, IP changes, group access, etc.
  • Able to work independently with vendor representatives as needed to resolve questions or problems.
  • Writing technical documentation as required.
 
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience in a computing environment with at least 25 servers
  • Experience in IIS, VMware and Citrix Xenapp and XenDesktop
  • Knowledge in ITIL, CA products, e.g. eHealth, SDPlus, DSM, etc.
  • Experience in monitoring and management tools such as Concord/eHealth, eG and Spectrum etc is desirable
  • Willingness to be on 24x7 standby duty on rotation basis, and get activated after office hours, to attend critical problems
