Responsibilities:

Strong consulting experience, in-depth CRM business,process and solution architecture knowledge to sell and deliver Customer Relationship Management services
Applies knowledge of clients' strategic direction, business goals and needs to identify CRM opportunities
Provides consulting methodologies for obtaining and defining business solutions for Customer Relationship Management
Experience in leading the team in scoping and pricing of engagements to ensure successful achievement of customers' and Company's objectives
Able to lead solution team in the assessment of clients current CRM business needs, processes & architecture
Able to help definition of the desired CRM solution to meet future business needs
Communicates with clients at senior levels and cultivates a continuing relationship with senior sponsors and operational stakeholders
