Experience and Qualifications :

Degree in Computer Science/Engineering with at least 8 years experience in managing Wintel operations from conception through rollout and ongoing support. 
Financial industry experience preferred.
Data Center operations experience an advantage
Deep knowledge on PC/Wintel hardware and software technology, NT Server, TCP/IP esp in NT environment, Wintel Middleware such as Citrix Metaframe, Veritas, BMC Patrol, BMC Perform & Predict
At least four years experience in people management including performance review, training and development and compensation planning
Experience in interacting with a demanding customer-base at senior levels and ensuring credibility is maintained through solid delivery against commitments.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and management skills.
Strong organisational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment.
Excellent written and verbal skills


Remarks:
 Manage the Singapore Wintel Operations in Singapore for both Distributed Operations and Data Center to meet quality standards for business projects and achieve the business objectives.

Accountable for the successful delivery and deployment of complex, multi-organization technology projects, in compliance and accordance with corporate standards and guidelines.

Provide high quality and cost effective services that satisfy the organization and business objectives. Review the project status, assess risks and take action to maintain or return the project to a satisfactory status. Anticipate issues and enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.


Principal Responsibilities :

Manage the Singapore Wintel operations and work towards achieving regional and corporate goals. Define and participate in the determination of sound technological strategies that support corporate objectives.
Drive quality services delivery to users including infrastructure platform, business application operations and end user desktop support.
Work with vendors on technology, which is appropriate and efficient to the business at the same time achieving cost saving and increase in productivity. 
Work in partnership with all streams and business to provide innovative and world class technical support to enable them to realize their revenue and achieve significant cost and productivity saves.
Have personal in-depth on knowledge of these platforms so that domain specialists can be guided.
Provide leadership to the team and responsible for all staff management activities including recruitment, appraisal, objectives setting and staff development.
Ensure compliance to Citigroup Information Technology Management Policies (CITMP) and Standards
