To provide IT support to a SME with 3 offices and total headcount of 40 in Singapore , KL and Batam
To functionally report to client Managing Director.
He/She will perform IT product evaluation and recommend to client Managing Director the best solution that meets client business needs. 
Liaise with 3rd party software/hardware vendors for support.
To provide on-boarding and off-boarding of staff in the area of IT services (e.g. new PC/laptop/printer purchase, etc) for Singapore, Batam, and KL office
To provide on-site Level 1 and 2 operational support for IT Office Automation for Singapore and Batam. This includes servers, network, desktop services.  Remote support shall be provided to the KL office, with occasional travel to KL required.
For the first 2 months, to document and provide a simple assessment on IT improvement for Singapore, Batam, and KL offices.

Network Support
Support and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi and internet issue and request.
Report and follow-up with ISP on any Lease-line issue.
Perform application installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Check and ensure latest virus pattern file update to all systems.

Service Desk Management and End User Support
Administer and manage service desk for day-to-day incidents and problems reported by users
Provide technical support for end user support such as PC, laptop, printer and office automation client software.
Setup PC and laptop in accordance to the company standard requirement.
Perform installation, configuration, removal, upgrading Install and configure office automation software. Update status into service desk system accordingly.

IT Procurement and IT Asset Management
Source and compare quotations.
Assist to raised PR and follow-up with Vendor on equipment/services delivery.
Update Inventory System for newly purchased, transfer or disposed IT assets.
Manage and control software licensing inventory and ensure compliance before installation.
Conduct periodic audit of user computers to assure 100% compliance with software licensing laws and IT policy and Social Media Usage Guidelines

Sonicwall firewall, Procure switches, Windows Servers, VMware, Window Desktops/Laptops, Fiber Optic connect, ADSL (1.5Mbps) Internet connection
