The Role:
  • You will manage clients Lotus Domino R6 & R8.5 Servers via remote access.
  • Helping Service Desk Agents troubleshooting usersLotus Notes Client issues.
  • Working on trouble tickets escalated from Tier 1 Service Desk.
  • Assist Notes Developers in running agents into the servers.
  • Performing routine server maintenance tasks such as maintaining Admin db, synchronizing usersmail file and databases on clustered servers, etc.
  • Troubleshooting R6 & R8.5 Domino Server issues, eg. server crashed or hung, users unable to access the Domino server, etc.
  • Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting ScanMail.
  • Assist Lotus Notes Team Leader on Lotus Domino/Notes Projects.

Requirements:
 
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • At least 3 years working experience in large Lotus Notes environment spanning multiple countries with several thousand users.
  • CLP preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willing to work long hours and on weekends as well as Public Holidays when required.
  • Preferably with Asia Pacific support experience.
  • Able to speak clear and fluent English.
  • A proven professional with excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation and time management skills.
  • Strong team player.
