o Vetting solutions from individual practices
o Viewing an opportunity holistically and recommending options / improvements
o Identifying differentiators to the solutions
o Creating new solutions in terms of service models, technology usage etc
o Lead all large opportunity pursuits as single point of contact for the technical solution
o Will be the face of all technology teams to the customer
o Will front end solution presentation and defense
o Will be the authority for design, sizing and fine tuning of the solution

o Identifying new market opportunities and developing new services along with practices
o Analyzing the size and complexities of the services
o Develop next generation solution frameworks
o Enable the field force for taking the new services to the customers

Experience and skill set required:
o 10+ Years experience in Infrastructure Services
o 3 years minimum experience in pre-sales / architect roles
o Entrepreneurial approach and mindset
o Flair for pre-sales, customer interaction and fluency in communications is of utmost importance
o Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills.
o Enormous breath of knowledge in various areas including data center, platforms, storage, database, web services, security, service desk, mainframe technologies, ITIL etc
o Should have authority and hold on infrastructure solutions so as to question and challenge solutions proposed by individual practices/SME’s
o Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality
o Multitasks effectively
o Ability to develop working relationships with peers outside of the department
o Customer interface skills are very important – commmunication skills, business acumen etc
o Exercises leadership and understands and exhibits teaming abilities
