Overall Role Purpose: 
Be a part of a team of engineering professionals accountable for all aspects of storage and backups    implementation, support and service delivery including multi-platform, multi-software package technical support, team management, customer satisfaction, financials, problem identification and resolution. 
Ensure performance and delivery with metrics and benchmarks reporting for service level reporting.
Assists to support customers and our clien'ts management concerning storage and backups requirements issues.
Assists in implementation of strategy and costings.Interface with vendor and our client's global on 3rd level support.
Assists activities of multiple team employees operating across a variety of countries in Asia for support operations.
Development of Quality Standards and Procedures.
