Install, Configure, test, and maintain Cisco LAN/WAN, Security and IPT equipment and related services
Provide Network Operations Support
Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems
LAN/WAN, IPT, Security troubleshooting and support
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks
Documents network problems and resolution for future reference
Provide post-sales technical support
Network Monitoring and Liaison with carriers for resolution
Maintain and support company s LAN/WAN environment
Daily maintenance and problem resolution, operating system patches and software
Upgrade and routine hardware configuration
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
Project co-ordination
Obtain and maintain required Cisco certifications for partnership with key vendors
 
Certification Requirements:
CCNP, CCVP, CCDP, Cisco Voice Specialization Certification
