Review the pre-sales design and provide post-sales implementation support
o Play a lead role in gathering detailed technical info from customers to ensure that migration and implementation is carried out smoothly.
o Probe and develop an in-depth understanding of customers' existing networking, communication setup and operating environment.
o Develop high quality migration and UAT plan for customers
o Work closely with our Project Managers and Partners to implement the services subscribed by our customers
o Provide documentation of the services implemented
o Manage any technical escalation issues including working with internal  and external teams to identify the root cause of issues and developing a solution    


o Preferably a degree in Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Science or equivalent qualifications with 5-8 years' experience in a Technical position in the Communications / Network or Information Technology related industry.
o CCNA certification would be required and CCNP / CCDP certification preferred, while CCIE certification would be an added advantage.
o Knowledge or experience of server platforms and applications such as Microsoft, Linux, Sun Solaris, Oracle, SQL, MS-Exchange, ERP etc. is an added advantage.
o Knowledge or experience in LAN internetworking, including hubs, switches, firewalls, load-sharing equipment and IP PABX is a plus point
o Experience as a technical lead in migration projects, which involved LAN/WAN, security, voice and managed services
o Excellent interpersonal, presentation and business writing skills
o Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies and able to work under pressure
