· To install Cisco Call Manager
· To provide maintenance support including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of Cisco Call Manager
· To attend to faults at customer premises and be able to explain the fault resolutions to customers.
· To ensure that quality jobs are delivered promptly.
· To liaise with customers, suppliers and telecommunications service providers to provide installation and fault rectifications.
· To perform project and user management to meet customersrequirement
Attributes
· At least 5 years experience in Cisco Networking with at least 3 years experience in Cisco Unified Communications
· Good knowledge on Cisco Call Manager
· Experience in Cisco IP Telephony deployment
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Good analytical and problem solving abilities
· Excellent service attitude with the ability to respond efficiently to customersneeds.
