Key responsibilities:

Able to interpret business needs and do recommendations based on data analysis

Using analysed data to review Service Level Agreements and why it is not met

Develop metrics on the ratings of important areas for the clients

Coordinate and compile various reports and presentations for regional reporting

To analyse service performance trends

To identify and report problems to the management and product lines

Constantly review reports with Product Lines and the Service Delivery Managers

Provide metrics and reporting support in bid process

Requirements

Degree with at least 4 years of experience in IT industry

Strong ability to analyse data

Proficient in MS Office Application eg. MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word

Must be customer service oriented

Self-motivated and possess good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Independent and yet a team player

Able to communicate confidently at all levels

Salary up to $5k
