• Responsible for crafting winning, deliverable solutions for managed services
• Act as key bridging function between deal pursuit (business perspective, deal cycle) and service delivery (transition management etc)
• Own solution architect methodology. Update/improve the methodology based on learning and customer requirements/feedback.
• May be responsible to lead the due diligence phase of a pursuit and to validate and revise the solution as necessary
• May be responsible for setting a base line of the client’s environment – conducting an enterprise-wide current state / needs analysis and building a business case for outsourcing.

 Requirments

• Degree in engineering, computer science or related fields
• Strong customer service background – ability towork at prime customer contact level
• Min 6 years work experienc
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Strong customer management skills
