.  To ensure L2 team support team are well equipped in technical and customer handling proficiencies by providing them correct guidance, mentoring and training
.  Resource rostering/ scheduling and management
.  Double up as backfill support in event of manpower shortage
.  Keep team constantly updated on company's new moves, changes or procedures
.  Encourage and promote team cohesiveness
.  Team members performance reviews
. Coach and strive to maximise each team members maximum potential
. Ensure proper processes and procedures in place.
Requirements
. Min 5 years experience in a Firewall / Network Security
. Hands on technical skills in firewall / Network experience is a must.  
. Checkpoint certification preferred
. Knowledge in Cisco, Checkpoint/Nokia appliances, Juniper VPN gateways ,  Bluecoat Proxies
. Leadership skills, Management skills and strong motivational skills.  
. 4 positions
. Willing to peform rotating shift work within a 24x7 support environment
. salary up to 6.5K
