• 24 by 7 support (rotated shift work required)
  • Global Security Level 2 support team. (support US operating hours and APAC working hours ,)
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting
  • Administrating IPSEC VPN tunnels, Firewalls and DNS policies
  • Work with the 1st level engineers/vendors providing fault resolution on technically complex calls.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Hands on exp in -     
    1. Firewall Security  - Checkpoint/Nokia
    2. VPN Security - Juniper
    3. IP management - DNS/DHCP
    4. Remote Access Service
    5. Checkpoint or CCSE certification preferred
  •  Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent client service skills and client facing skills
  • Salary up to 5.5K + shift allowances
