RESPONSIBILITIES  
1.  To support the OSS business in the Singapore by identifying business opportunities from both a business and technical standpoint  
2.  Define and create professional services solutions in the field of Operation Support Systems.  
3.  Perform pre-sales role, including but not limited to, proposal writing, scoping, cost estimate, risk assessment for qualified opportunities.  
4.  Participate in end-to-end OSS project delivery from solution design, proof of concept, implementation, acceptance testing, training and handover.  
5.  Project management where applicable.  
6.  OSS Consultancy.  
REQUIREMENTS  
1.  Strong networking background, especially in Cisco solutions.  
2.  Knowledgeable in OSS Architecture and platforms like HP Openview, CA UniCenter, Tivoli, Micromuse, InfoVista, CA eHealth, CA Spectrum, Smarts, Remedy  
3.  Knowledgeable in tools from Netscout, Packeteer, Riverbed, Cisco WAAS, Bluecoat Mach5, Expand, F5, NetIQ, Compuware  
4.  Knowlegeable in ITIL will be a plus  
5.  OSS certifications will be a plus  
6.  Experience in one of the following fields:  
  • 1.  Fault and Performance Management  
  • 2.  OSS Policy, Process and Procedure development and review  
7.  Strong understanding in UNIX admin and shell scripting capability. Java, XML, C++ is a plus  
8.  Good presentation skills and good command of English (verbal & written)  
9.  Strong technical writing skills  
10.  Independent, inquisitive, committed to excellence and ability to work under pressure  
11.  Good inter-personal skills and a team player  
12.  Project management skills a plus  
13.  Preference for those with 3-5 years hands-on technical experience including 2-3 years OSS experience
