Manager, Implementation / Project Manager (Singapore Operations. )

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Plan, prepare, co-ordinate and deliver operations support to managed customers
2 Manage customer installations to ensure customer satisfaction
3 Co-ordinate with Project Team to provide operation support services
4 Manage customer relationships during deployment of operations support services
5 Establish policy and procedures for provision of operations support services
6 Being the focal person for the customer for after sales supports services

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education:
Diplma or Degree in Computers/ Electronics and/or Communications

Experience:
At least 3 years working experience in managing and providing operations support services to customers
Highly focused in delivering operation support services to ensure customer satisfaction
Knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, especially in the area of WAN and Internet routing protocols and technologies
Understand network operation system, Internet/ Intranet application suits, firewalls, etc.
Knowledge in UNIX/ NT operation systems, database systems (Oracle) and Server/ Network management systems
Understand system security and e-application
Knowledge of UPS/air conditioning requirements
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
