Our client a global systems integrator and network managed services provide with annual $100 million turnover with operations spanning APJ
Part of a team of 4 SDM, you will be supporting singapore based accounts including banks and telco service providers
Duties and Responsibilities  
· Manage team of service engineers 
· Manage service delivery and project delivery to end customers (managed accounts)
· Responsible for the relationship with the customers for service related issues 
· Help improve all system and processes associated with service delivery 
 
Requirement 
· Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent 
· Must have good knowledge and experience in Cisco product 
· Must be familiar with managing KPIs and SLAs 
· Strong interpersonal and project management skill 
· Possess good customer handling skills 
Salary up to 90K per annum
