- Manpower resource planning of Team strength of 11 onsite 
- Monthly Management reporting of Service delivery 
-  Formulate processes for escalation by helpdesk call centre 
-  VIP (Director level) support role
-  Resolve client issues, print queue mapping and drive mapping 
-  Configure and troubleshoot Lotus Notes issues
- Resolve internet, intranet and LAN connectivity issues 
-  Patching of MS updates for Win 2000 and Win XP systems 
-  Installation of Standard Office Apps, MS office, Adobe Acrobat products, SAP GUI, Norton Anti Virus 
-  Resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, setup of new system when necessary
