Our client a BPO provider for the financial sector in area of document management 

  • 1.  Conduct User Requirements Studies with the clients prior to the start of the project.  
  • 2.  Perform Risk Assessment with clients, produce Incident Reports and recommend Key areas of improvement to the client during the Project Delivery Lifecycle.  
  • 3.  Present the Project Management and Workflow Methodology to new prospects.  
  • 4.  Conduct monthly review with the customers to identify key issues and review on monthly SLA status.  
  • 5.  Direct and lead a team of operators to ensure the smooth and success delivery of the projects assigned.  
  • 6.  Working closely with the operations manager to minimize project issues and risks that may occur.  
  • 7.  Responsible for producing monthly project health status report for both the customer and internal stakeholders.  
  • 8.  Provide monthly forecast to the AVP of PMO on the number of documents to process for the projects assigned for document processing.
  • 9.  Conduct annual audit with clients/internal auditors on the projects assigned.  
  • 10.  identify key areas to improvement on the project delivery lifecycle in terms of documentation and workflow.
