Lead and support local implementation, management and maintenance of our client's Datacentre and Storage solution offerings including the pre-sales and the actual delivery activities.
Develops personal rapport and professional respect with field sales and professional services teams.
Prioritizes his/her time to focus on highly qualified, larger opportunities with target prospects.
Builds high quality solutions that meet client requirements and can be delivered profitably. Plan and gather information in order to define system objectives.
Enumerate and articulate TCO and ROI supporting investments in Datacentre and Storage.
Participates in formal account planning workshops for Datacentre and Storage.
Attends sales calls with relevant clients to identify and analyze potential opportunities for Datacentre and Storage.
Delivers high quality, technical expertise in the pre-sales process to help close sales opportunities with the client.
Engages with clients facilitating workshops to jointly develop understanding of their environment, synthesizes findings, draws and presents conclusions.
Ensures technical compatibility between the client's requirements and the products and Datacentre and Storage offered by our client.
Develops SOW and estimates and pricing for client proposals for Datacentre and Storage.
Develops, monitors client relationships and status of ongoing engagements and projects.
Provides day-to-day guidance and mentoring to new and existing PS staff in Datacentre and Storage.
Participates in project-specific technical teams.
Actively participates in industry groups and forums.

REQUIREMENTS

5 - 8 years in the above mentioned capacity specifically as a solution architect or consultant with a large solutions integration firm
Experience in hands-on delivery of Datacentre and Storage solutions projects will be preferred
Proven track record developing Datacentre and Storage
Business Acumen with an understanding of key business processes
Strong background in the development of technology-based business solutions
Effective communicator; verbal, written and presentation skills c
reativity, flexibility and openness to alternative technical and commercial approaches to consulting work
