SUMMARY 

The Operation Engineer provides support to customer for the range of products/services.  He/She liaises with internal Operations team to manage and coordinate customer requests. 

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

v Support customers on issues and questions to products and services main channels through phone and emails. 

v Coordinate requests (Smart Hands) and other planned works with internal departments across all AP IBXes. 

v Perform portal updating and other scheduled works 

v Update and maintain customer related information. 

v Perform any other operation - customer support tasks as requested.  

v Shift work required : 7am -7pm , work 3 days , rest 4 days  

 

 

REQUIREMENT 

 

v Academic Qualification: Degree/ Diploma with work experience 

v Major Field of Study: Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology/ Electronics  

v Call Centre / Helpdesk experience 

v Computer Industry knowledge 

v Good Interpersonal and communication (Spoken / written) skills 

v Familiar with PC application / Computer networking 

v Ability to strive and team in a complex and fast paced environment 

v Positive outlook and initiative
