Manage team a team of 6-8 systems Operators, 

Prepare monthly management report 

Handle and manage all problem / incidents related to Data Centre , which includes escalation methodology base on each customer’s requirement  Ensure all problem and incident logs are captured and closed at the appropriate time 

Arrange training for new Operations staff on problem and change procedures 

Evaluate the current process and procedures to ensure its updated and viable to current environment

Plan and schedule shift roster and annual leave plan for the staff

Approving of claims for Data Centre staffs. 

Maintain acceptable and above standard for Data Center. 

Motivate and encourage staff

Create a good rapport between my staff, the supporting teams and myself.
