Atleast 4 years of relevant experience as a Tivoli administrator.
Manage TMA ( Tivoli Management Agents ) , Endpoint Manager, Tivoli gateways.
Assist System Admin’s on Tivoli Agent Installation for various platforms (TMA agents) and setup application Monitoring.
Manage & administer the TMR on daily basis including after office hours support and also upgrade the version as required by IBM.
Manage audit issues & system configuration for any potential audit issues by enforcing the compliance.
Manage Tivoli Enterprise Console & Log File Adapters.
Manage Accounts, Profiles, Profile Managers, Tivoli Tasks, Jobs, Scheduler & collections. Manage RIM & RDBMS (Oracle).
Working knowledge of ITM 5.x and higher versions.

Skill Summary :
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Tivoli Enterprise Console V3.9 or Tivoli Monitoring V5.1.2
Able to write Perl & Shell Scripts.
Working knowledge of AIX & Solaris sysadmin.
ITIL Certified Professional(Foundation) desired.
Financial industry experience would be an added advantage.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with network concepts, especially TCP/IP.
