This is a IT Ops Service Desk Specialist role
Ensure a qualitative and efficient 1st and 2nd Level Service Desk Support
Assist internal users on various technical issues via ticketing tool, phone, and on-site presence
Perform a progressive incident analysis and ticket dispatching
Handle IT service requests and manage request fulfilment process
Communicate and provide status updates on tickets
Execute operational daily user profile and functional security activities
Monitor IT and Application Services
Execute and monitor batch schedule
Solve anomalies by following the Operative Manual
