Singapore is their Regional Call Centre

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries from the region and resolve callers’ issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Record details of inquiries, feedback and follow up with customer on actions taken

Requirements

• Possess at least N-Level with minimum 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center experience
• Possess the passion to deliver good customer service
• Strong command of spoken English, and be bilingual (Thai or Cantonese or Japanese)
• Able to work on rotating shifts and weekends
