  • To co-ordinate independently with haulier, carrier and warehouse to ensure
  • timelyclearance of shipments.
  • Liaise with customers and warehouse for shipment planning and job executions
  • Knowledgeable in import/export/transshipment procedures for ocean/air shipments.
  • Update information into freight management system
  • Issues billings to customers
  • Consol planning
  • Monitor orders and ensure payment terms are being adhered.
  • Manage customers queries and complaints
  • Provide Sales Support.


  • Permit declaration knowledge with min. 3 years experience in the related industry.
  • Well versed and meticulous in the preparation of air & sea shipping documents.
  • Good knowledge of Customs formalities
  • Candidates holding similiar work capacity in MES/3PL co. will be an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality & service-oriented
  • Patient, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge in WMS will be an added advantage.
