  • Provide field operations support to KEY ACCOUNT in accordance with the terms of the one stop shop support contract defined between KEY ACCOUNT customer and associated Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure the coordination, tracking and follow-up– along the agreed technical support procedures - of all required onboard rectification and maintenance on the connectivitysystem activities with our client's local subcontracted MRO, the OEM .
  • Ensure the coordination, tracking and follow-up – along the agreed logistic support procedures - with KEY ACCOUNT and the OEM regarding the spare local pool management and logistics.
  • Track and report to internal ops and the Customer on all the aspects of the one stop shop support activities: spare management, onboard rectification of the connectivity system, training, implementation of certain connectivity system upgrades.
  • Act, when required, as the customer SPOC and co-ordinate the follow up on aircraft system outage resolution between the technical services of the respective OEM, our client and local MRO ensuring the highest level of customer services andcommunications are maintained to resolve the fault and outage within the prescribed SLA
  • Report and escalate all observed problems to our client .
  • Maintain and use all parties feedback to improve the respective sets of operational procedures defined for the operation of this one stop shop support services.
  • Manage and control the performance of our client's suppliers in the provision of the one stop shop service to KEY ACCOUNT


Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience proven with an aircraft manufacturer technical support organization, or an avionics equipment manufacturer technical support organization, or an airline maintenance engineering organization, or an MRO
  • Minimum 2 years in aeronautics or electronics development or manufacturing with knowledge of air transport and telecommunications industry. Proven experience in multi-country organisations
  • University degree or equivalent, preferablyin aeronautics or electronics.
  • Service Management Processes
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
  • Competent in Microsoft Office products, messaging, on-line purchasing, web-conferencing systems
  • Knowledge of a wide range of technologies and services
  • Detail-oriented, methodical and able to prioritize tasks
