Business Operations Analyst, SEA (IT Testing Services)

Co-ordinate SEA 3rd parties testing centres in training - TCA certification, rescheduling, security and Polaris operations.
Generate, compile tracking reports and data to support SEA Operations Critical Initiatives and Market Share Activities are progressing and achieved.
Handle new testing centres application process, site closure, relocation, mobile and branch applications.
Communicate with sites on testing centres' operational issues such as scheduling of examination, the usage of Polaris for registrations.
Coordinate the process of getting the testing centres to sign the contract and maintain the spreadsheet.
Responsible for generating reports on the number of testing centres that are closed in SEA, the number of Cisco and Microsoft exams for the whole of SEA analysis purpose.
Track and record new exclusive contracts, VUE market share activities and VUE Cisco sites.
Train testing centres to operate within Prometric guidelines, policies and procedures. Responsible for retraining testing centres whenever required.
Coordinate and track Demo Test Delivery for SEA testing centres .
Ensuring SEA sites complete demo test for new and existing exams such as USMLE FRED Step 1 & 2, SII, SOA, CMAT.
Plan for opening and closing of Scheduler for testing centres .
Reschedule due to stacking.
Conduct audit from time to time with sites in ensuring compliance with all policies.
Ensure that all affected candidates are rescheduled during the period of relocation.
Co-ordinate any special Bulk Registrations requests between client and back-end operations.
Assist in liaising with sites, resolve issues and close the Magic Tickets opened for SEA sites.
Assist as Project Administrator in any special projects assign from time to time.
Maintain documentation library
Maintain contact list for SEA testing centres on a regular basis.
Coordinate secret shopping and site visit whenever necessary.
Check and track compliance of testing centres through log-in sheet.
