Scope
- Identify market needs and competency gaps through rigorous Learning Needs Analysis
- Advise both internal and external clients on the best approaches and solutions to talent development
- Work closely with business leaders, internal stakeholders and external partners to develop new training programmes, review and refine/revamp existing offerings
- Define and design innovative leadership development contents and solutions
- Implement progressive L&D initiatives that have a clear impact on the performance, effectiveness and talent development of organisations
- Facilitate or conduct training, as and when necessary
- Identify new strategic partnerships and managing partners effectively
- Work seamlessly with the Operations and Admin team to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives
Requirements:
- A Degree preferably in Management or HR or Psychology or related fields
- Minimum 5 to 8 years#experience in learning & development
- Understand fundamental theories and prevailing practices of corporate learning
- Experience in instructional design, training delivery, and programme management, preferably for programmes targeted at C-suite and board level
- Ability to interact with clients with a strong sense of customer service
- Confident in communicating with all level of management
- Highly organised with good project management skills
- Resourceful, meticulous and must have good financial sense
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Experience in personality profiling and selection tools will be an added advantage
