Solution Architect (Business Process outsourcing)

  • Reponisble for crafting solution/s that are not only able to win over customers but are also deliverable within our clients organisation
  • Understands internal service delivery requirements /capabiltiies during transition /transformation phase
  • Ability to preempt or anticipate risks and cater as such within proposal
  • Understands deal engagement phase
  • Serve as a important bridgepoint between deal pursuits requirements and service delivery capabilities
  • Research, evaluates and selects technology
  • Ability to analyse cost benefits, project impacts, financial savings, security considerations, and compatibility of solution being proposed
  • Disciplined and adhere to strict Solution Architecturing process (including reviews/sign-offs with internal stakeholders)
  • May be  called upon to team across regions, business units as well as third parties.
  • Help to enhance and develop standard services templates in our clients knowledge base
    • Partake due dligence work for deals  

    Requirements 

  • Degree in engineering, computer science or related fields
  • Good Business Processing solution experience in areas of  data archiving, workflow
  • Good knowledge of office/workflow automation requirements within financial services environment
  • Min 6 years work experience – at least 2 of which should be in business process outsourcing solution architecting or service delivery
  • Good understanding of enterprise business processes and IT systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)
  • Good understanding of hardware/software technology in areas of data storage, and data format interexchange
  • Good exp in Project management in areas of scoping, timeline scheduling and management, financial management and project deliverables
  • Strong communication skills across across all levels.
  • Assertive , highly driven and ability to drive different stakeholders with differing viewpoints towards a common objective
  • Consensus building skills in bring together opposing viewpoints
  • Ability to artciulate complex, technical concepts to all levels.
  • Working experience with virtual teams across the region
  • Analytical and good customer engagement skills
  • Good negotiation skills
