Services Solution Architect (Business Process Outsourcing)

• Key member of Deal Pursuit Team. Will engage clients up to C-level
• Responsible for crafting winning, deliverable solutions for BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)
• Act as key bridging function between deal pursuit (business perspective, deal cycle) and service delivery (transition management etc)
• He/She may need to lead a solution team across countries, regions, business units, etc., including third parties.
• Own solution architect methodology. Update/improve the methodology based on learning and customer requirements/feedback.
• May be responsible to lead the due diligence phase of a pursuit and to validate and revise the solution as necessary
• May be responsible for setting a base line of the client’s environment – conducting an enterprise-wide current state / needs analysis and building a business case for outsourcing.
• Solution Development Specifics: With an overall solution in mind,
. researches, evaluates and selects technology and infrastructure products.
. analyzes functionality and features
. assesses cost benefit factors
. budgetary/resource impacts
. potential risks impact assessment to organization
. security assessement
. interoperatability compatibility assessment within existing operating environment selects products
. evaluation, determines evaluation criteria and recommends final selection
. Assesses and evaluates new emerging products and works with internal and customers to ensure that the product adheres to established standards, policies and guidelines  
 Requirments
• Degree in engineering, computer science or related fields
• Delivering services for managing document output and Asset infrastructure for Office Environment
• Good Business Processing solution experience - converting traditional,document-intensive business processes into digital-based approach.
• Preferably considerable experience in delivery solutions for customers in the financial services and/or manufacturing industries.
• Experience working in regional/global teams
• Strong customer service background – ability towork at prime customer contact level
• Min 6 years work experience – at least 2 of which should be in business process outsourcing solution architecting or service delivery
• Good understanding of enterprise business processes and IT systems (e.g., ERP,CRM)
• Good understanding of technology, particularly as related to imaging software and hardware, document integration
• Experience in working in regional/global teams
• Experience in leading and successfully completing moderately complex projects – with experience in scoping and planning –scheduling, financials, resources, deliverables
• Strong leadership skills – high level of drive, initiative; assertive
• Strong communication skills across all levels. Able to communicate complex, technical concepts toall levels. Able to mediate opposing viewpoints
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Strong customer management skills
