Director, Project Management

• Manage Project Management Office and has P&L responsibility for the PMO office
• Manage a team of 6 project managers
• Enforce effective use of the project management processes and procedures among project managers according to PMI methods. 
• Provide the toolset for managing projects, including recording status, progress, plans, financials, risks, issues, action plans and milestones.
