Practice Manager (Network Professional Services Delivery)

This role will see you develop the Consultancy proposition in the Network Professional Services Delivery Practice and the go to market offering. You will support all pre-sales work, run and manage projects ensuring delivery excellence allowing the Network Solutions Delivery practice to achieve their revenue target. You will also be expected to provide project content expertise into other projects / programmes as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of the Infrastructure Integraton Solutions department, the candidate will - Use his knowledge to manage a team of network professional services delivery including recruitment, manpower planning, training and development, time and attendance recording, rostering, performance management and appraisal, competency assessment, job design

- Represent and Soft-Sell the services offerings in marketing events, seminars and public forums

Experience
- Consulting or professional services exp
- Knowledge of best practice in network implementing project
- strong subject matter expertise in Data and Voice Networks Domain
- Strong Technical Leadership
- Good communication skills
