Network Consulting Services Engineer (VOIP)

Minimal Diploma/Degree holder in related field
3 - 5 years+ data network industry experience (either in enterprise or carrier market) within a MNC will be an advantage
Must have a proficiency with Cisco and other vendors' data equipment (switch, router, firewall), and possess strong network and information security foundation
Hold accreditation to CCNP/CCDP, CCIE will be preferable
Working knowledge on TCP/IP, VoIP implementations, including QoS, bandwidth utilization, latency, jitter, and packet loss
Hands-on experience with the design and troubleshooting of multi-national enterprise switched and Layer 3 LAN
Experience in consulting services, ability to work pro-actively, resourcefully with a high level of independence
Good presentation skill
Customer and service oriented, strong communication & customer relations skills
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team in a fast paced environment
Excellent analytical, oral and written communications skills are essential
Traveling for work related projects is required
Fluent in English and Mandarin
