Customer Order Administrator (Network Service Provisioning)

As part of the network provisioning team he is
responsible for the timely implementation of all network services sold . Typically, this entails the implementation of multi-site projects consisting of various connectivity solutions for one multinational end-customer. Your primary responsibility in this team will be to coordinate the administration of incoming orders. Your primary tasks in this diverse administrative role will be to:
 
  • Validate incoming order forms and collect and update missing data;
  • Contact customers to gather site specific information required for the implementation of orders;
  • Update the back office system with customer data and delivery deadlines;
  • Check prices and place orders at providers;
  • Contact providers to follow up on outstanding orders and ensure shorter lead-times;
  • Administrate all correspondence with customers and providers;
  • Inform project managers on the status of orders to ensure a smooth handover;
  • Participate in various projects to support the business.

Profile
  • Completed relevant education
  • English proficiency is a must; other languages are beneficial
  • Basic knowledge and interest in Telecommunications and Internet services
  • Accurate and well organised
  • Strong administrative skills
