Presales Solution Consultant (WAN Network)
support sales process to achieve and exceed sales order (and revenue) targets across our client products and services.

design commercially and technically viable solutions to Customer; particularly for large and complex customer requirements.

Owns technical design from concept to subsequent implementation.

Present technical solutions to customers both formally and informally as required. Supports the PSM in the development of customer SLAs.

Position and/or deliver basic, billable consulting work to a client

Provide a consistently high quality (billable or non-billable) technical service to existing and new customers ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained or improved.

Responsible for first level escalation of any pre-sales and project issues and problems.
Requirements
A relevant Degree with at least 10 or more years' of experience as technical sales support in network/telecommunications environment. CCIE preferred.
Good knowledge in network systems, communications interfaces protocols, circuits, hardware and diagnostic tools.
Strong technical knowledge in FR, IP and ATM technology
Good knowledge on IT services.
Willing to travel in Asia Pacific region on short notice
People management skill
