Sales Operations Executive (1 yr Contract)

Job Purpose
  • responsible for developing and orchestrating the processes and systems required to enable an efficient and effective sales organization
  • sales planning, financial management, sales performance measurement, sales infrastructure, marketing and sales alignment, and overall sales excellence
  • The sales operations function encompasses: Sales strategy and planning, sales forecasting, sales analytics, sales compensation, sales enablement, and sales automation infrastructure
  • Generate/ review relevant sales reporting including pipeline report, revenue/ TCLR report and other sales related reports

 
Responsibilities
  • Work with Sales Manager to ensure that in sales pipeline is managed and updated
  • Familiar with the internal account management process and assist the sales team to prepare/ gather/ manage client information including contracts and related business info
  • Manage the contract renewal process and set up systems/ processes to provide notification to sales team relating to contract renewals/ extension
  • Maintain good relationship with country sales administration team and work with country sales administration team to manage account management and sales processes
  • Liaise with sales team and country administration team to manage pipeline, contracts etc.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of an pipeline and contract management systems.
  • Attend regular staff meetings on designated schedules 
  • Attend pipeline review meetings and other departmental meetings as required
  • Submit pipeline management and other sales/ account related reports
  • Check and review revenue and TCLR report


Attributes
  • An excellent level of spoken and written English 
  • 4~5 years of experience in similar role
  • Advanced Excel including Macro programs including V Lookup tables
  • Intermediate Power point to ensure effective communications.
  • (ideal) Intermediate Access database programming skills to apply to the creation of databases.
  • Diploma/ Degree in Business Admin/ Business Management
  •  a good standard of IT literacy (especially MS Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Ability to interact with people of many different nationalities and backgrounds
  • An outgoing and friendly personality
  • A positive and flexible attitude
  • Excellent telephone skills (for various concalls)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines

  • An eye for detail
  • A second Asian language (Japanese) would be beneficial but not essential
  • Up to 4K
