Sales Specialist (Managed Services )
Job Responsibilities

Understand customer’s businesses, and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization by working with Account Managers.

Focused on identifying customer’s business challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives.

Work with cross functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions to address business opportunities.

Prepare and conduct high impact sales presentations. To engage effectively with all levels across a customer’s organization. To be able to negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals.

Work closely with Marketing on programs to generate business opportunities and market demand.

To ensure revenue and profit targets are met.

To be proficient in the features and benefits of our client's Managed Services and how these integrate with other managed Services.

To ensure excellent Customer Satisfaction levels with every Customer engagement.
Job Requirements
-
A degree or higher with at least 3 years of sales experience in the Telecommunications or IT industries. Experience in Unified Communications, Security and/or Data would be advantageous. Possessing technical certification(s) in any or all of the above areas of expertise would be an added advantage.

Dedicated & excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to conduct high impact presentations to customers.

Possess strong analytical, organizational and planning skills. Able to prepare comprehensive and concise management reports.
