Marketing Coordinator
This position reports to Business Development Manager.
Key Responsbilities:
To plan and carry out marketing activities
Market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns keeping in line within the company's branding and marketing mix
To track sales data and support sales staff by relaying customer services requests
To maintain databases and coordinate mailing lists
Planning meetings and preparing marketing reports
To organise and coordinate requirements for conferences, exhibitions and vendor events
Establish contacts, telemarketing
Maintain promotional materials inventory
Requirements:
Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
2 to 5 years experience in marketing role, preferably with work exposure in an IT environment.
Posess self-driven and results-oriented personality
Highly motivated, independent with good planning skills
Strong interpersonal abilities with excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Excel, Word and Access
