Regional Marketing Communications Executives x 2

Key responsibilities:

Internal Communications

Draft notices and disseminate all newsletters, internal announcements, corporate stationery and corporate templates

Maintain and update sales and marketing distribution lists for the region and relevant business units

Collate information & images on events happening in the region and consolidate into quarterly reports to the corporate team

Create or update presentations to serve as introductory material to partners, customers and public

Ensure that all internal communications are in accordance to brand guidelines & identify areas to implement corporate branding where possible

Maintenance of the various web portals managed by the Marcom team

Liaise with cluster marketing teams to provide access to cluster distributors for the use of sales portals etc

 

Communication Materials & Collateral

Ability to do draft press releases, success stories, executive interviews, advertising copy, executive bios, speeches etc

Ensure that there are sufficient printed collateral to support cluster/sales requirements. Disseminate print collateral to clusters as requested. Maintain a collateral management database in order to keep track of the materials available

Manage the print sample library and alert the team regarding replenishment requirements

Liaise with vendors to produce the required print collateral, sales tools, corporate gifts etc

Assist in the collation and production of sales tools in the form of CDs, DVDs with the relevant branding material

 

Event Management

Assist with the planning and execution of seminars, workshops & presentations

Assist with the execution, operations and logistics of regional tradeshows, exhibitions, seminars & meetings

 

Marcom & General Administration

Manage the administrative duties related to the Marcom team such as filing, cataloguing, data-entry of vendor invoices into the marcom log book etc

Shipping of collateral, sales tools, giveaway requests etc from the cluster

Respond to all general enquiries and requests relating to marketing communications and sales

Quarterly updates to distributors regarding their marketing development funds balances

Assist with general office administration duties such as filing, travel arrangements & hotel bookings, meeting scheduling etc

 

Requirements

Degree in Marketing Communications or Marketing

At least 3 years related experience

 

Salary up to $3.5k
