Develop and execute sales plans and strategies that are aligned to the Department’s and Group’s
overall strategic business objectives and direction:

  • 1. Understand clients’ segments and strategize positioning in order to expand market reach and identify potential clients .
  • 2. Develop and implement online/offline leads generation strategies to acquire leads for sales conversion to grow existing customer base.
  • 3. Ensure a healthy pipeline of new opportunities, engage in on-going client engagement activities, convert leads, close deals and ideally exceed targets.
  • 4. Update CRM (Salesforce) after every client meeting/activity/engagement.
  • 5. Attend client meetings and conduct sales activies with potential, new and existing clients.
  • 6. Monitor competitors’ sales activities and developments, trends, pricing and product offerings in order to maintain, improve and lead market share.
  • 7. Other ad-hoc duties as specified by the team leader related to Sales.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 7 years relevant working experience in sales.
  • Sales experience in the accounting & finance related industry is an added advantage
  • Minimum diploma in sales, marketing or related field.
