• Handle day-to-day freight sales enquiries and responding to customers’ requirement.
• Effectively manage and escalate client's requests to increase customer satisfaction
• Approach and maintain our customer base
• Prepare cost of sales, tenders & quotation.
• Aggressively exploit the territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
• Maintain highest possible customer relationship through proactive sales management strategy with regular and scheduled customer contacts
• Compile and submit monthly reports on sales, lost orders and competition.
• Cooperate with various Departments to provide timely information and feedback to customers.
• Overseas trips when required by company.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree from a recognized institution
• At least 2 years of sales and business development experience
• Sales oriented, highly motivated, strong in communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Result oriented with a clear focus on the given targets
• Analytical person with innovative problem solving ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in Air/ Sea Freight will be an added advantage
