Secretary
Job Description:
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to 2 Directors and a team of 4 executives
- coordination of day-to-day activities
- scheduling of appointments and meetings
- travel arrangements
- correspondences, typing, faxing and filing
- preparation of presentation materials
- preparation of agendas and writing of minutes of meetings
* Maintain good communication flow within departments and regional offices.
* Liaison/correspondence with external parties
* Handle and organise ad-hoc projects and activities.
Required Qualifications:
* Excellent command of English language is essential
* GCE 'A' level or equivalent.
* 3 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably in an MNC.
* Experience in Public Relations, Advertising, media or Broadcast industry would be an asset.
* Proficient Microsoft Office skills including powerpoint
* Able to handle multiple tasks and to work well under pressure in a fast-paced
environment.
* Adaptable, with strong communication, prioritisation and organisational skills.
