Report to 2 Expatriate Directors


Job Description:

- Provide secretarial to both Directors and administrative support to their team

- scheduling of appointments and meetings

- Organisation of travel arrangements for team

- Co-ordination of workshops for sales team

- Maintain sales catologues and brochures

- Maintain good communication flow within departments and regional offices.

- Organisation of logistics for regional training or data collection activities

- Preparation of agenda, minutes and materials of internal co-ordination meetings

- Take care of various routine administrative matters


Required Qualifications:

* Excellent command of English language is essential

* GCE 'A' level or good GCE 'O' level

* 3 - 5 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably in an MNC.

* Proficient Microsoft Office skills including powerpoint

* Able to handle multiple tasks and to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Adaptable, with strong communication, prioritisation and organisational skills.


Salary range up to $3.2k
