Secretary (Marketing Department)
Key responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to an expatriate Marketing Director and his team
Administer correspondences, screen calls, attend enquiries, schedule for appointments /meetings and travel arrangements
Collate, compile, generate and prepare reports, proposals and presentation materials
Maintain good communication flow within departments and regional offices
Pre-requisites
Good 'A' level preferably with Private Secretarial Certificate
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Proficient in software and graphic applications such as, MS Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Resourceful, mature and independent with a pleasant disposition
Salary up to $3k
